I must say that is pretty clever because the majority of people in this space will be male 35–55 demographic and remember these games so there is an intrinsic connection there for people like you and me.
The $GGWP Meme Token
The $GGWP crypto meme token will be launched on the Ethereum blockchain and the pre-sale starts on March 20, 3pm UTC.
Tokenomics for $GGWP will have 70% of $GGWP allocated for pre-sale, 10% for community airdrops and giveaways, 10% for DEX listing and 10% for CEX listing. There is no team allocation or private sales. This is a fair launch. The pre-sale price for $GGWP will be $1 per 270,000 $GGWP. $GGWP will be listed on UNISWAP 2 weeks after the pre-sale to provide liquidity for trading. $GGWP provides game play directly through their website the ability to play any of the old retro games of your choice and even gives you the option to request a game that is not currently listed. I must say this is pretty darn cool and must be fairly simple to port over these old games through the browser.
You are presented a list of rotating cartridges that can simply click on to start to load a game. It’s as if you are hand picking the cartridges and inserting them into the console just like the old days. Wait for the game to load and activate the controls on your keyboard and start your game. I played quite a number of games to see what the experience was like and was impressed how easy it was to play these historic games.
There is even an option to save your progress given to you as a “pro tip” on the bottom left side of the browser.

My experience playing these retro games directly in the browser were quite fluid and seamless. I found that Goolge Chrome provided the best experience overall and also make sure your ad blockers are turned off. Unfortunately using the Brave browser did not function very well.
It will be an interesting time to see what sort of games come onto the platform and what investors will request to play in the near future.
